There is a heavy gauge, clear vinyl covering over the fabric to make it water resistant and easy to clean. It has a zipper closure and one main compartment. It is lined in black nylon taffeta.

The small and medium sizes have a snap hook, so you can attach it around a bag strap or belt loop.
